DAY 1 – WELCOME TO SICILY: TAORMINA
Arrive individually in Taormina and settle into your hotel from 2:00 PM.
Later, meet your Tour Leader and set off on a pleasant stroll through
the charming town centre, culminating in a delightful welcome dinner
dedicated to Sicilian flavors.

DAY 2 – MOUNT ETNA AND ITS WINE
Embark on an exciting journey to Mount Etna with a volcanologist guide,
exploring its dramatic landscapes by 4×4. Then delight in a delicious lunch and wine tasting at the acclaimed Cottanera winery, nestled on Etna’s fertile slopes.

DAY 3 – SOUTHERN SICILY - HERITAGE AND CHOCOLATE
Set off for Siracusa, pausing en route at the iconic Castello degli Schiavi, famed from The Godfather. Wander through the enchanting streets of Ortigia and discover the marvels of the Archaeological Park. Continue on to Noto and Modica, where a hands-on chocolate workshop awaits at the historic Antica Dolceria Bonajuto.
Dinner and overnight in Ragusa – Eremo della Giubiliana 5*
DAY 4 – BAROQUE RAGUSA AND ROMAN MOSAICS
Wander through the picturesque alleys of Ragusa Ibla on a guided
walking tour. Savor a traditional Sicilian lunch with local tastings at a charming agriturismo. Then, immerse yourself in history with a visit
to the Roman Villa del Casale, famed for its stunning mosaics, before continuing on to Agrigento.
Dinner and overnight in Agrigento – Baglio della Luna 4*
DAY 5 – TREASURES OF AGRIGENTO AND MARSALA
Admire the ancient marvels of Agrigento’s Valley of the Temples, then head to Marsala for a flavoursome lunch and a refined wines’ tasting at the renowned Cantine Florio. Then relish a stunning sunset aperitivo at Saline Genna.
Overnight in Marsala – Baglio Oneto 5*
DAY 6 – MEDIEVAL ERICE & PALERMO FLAVOURS
Explore the medieval town of Erice at your own pace before visiting the ancient Segesta Temple. Head to Palermo for check-in, then enjoy a hands-on class at our Cooking School crafting traditional pizza and gelato guided by a local chef.

DAY 7 – CEFALÙ CHARMS & SEA FARE
Discover the charming town of Cefalù, exploring its stunning cathedral before savoring a fresh seafood lunch. Return to Palermo for some free time, then cap the day with a memorable farewell dinner on a terrace overlooking the vibrant city center.
