My love for Italy started with my first trip there in 2007. From the food to the culture, I loved everything. I continued to return when I could after that. My most memorable experience was getting engaged in the romantic city of Venice on a gondola.  I have over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, and with my certifications as a travel designer, my job is to create your expertly crafted vacation experience.

We contacted heather about planning a vacation we arranged a meeting she already had a bunch of places that she felt would suit us and we did end up choosing one that she brought over.. she made it happen start to finish all we had to do was enjoy the vacation.. I will recommend her and will use her again!

She was able to find us an amazing resort that met all our requirements and more. She was always an email or phone call away if there was anything else we needed. Monica helped me plan a very specific itinerary for a 4.5 week trip of a lifetime to Italy. My family is Italian and I am a seasoned traveler myself but this is one trip that I knew I needed an expert’s help to plan.
